Every package includes free maintenance and technical support: content updates, bug and error fixes, speed and performance checks, contact-form monitoring, broken-link fixes, minor design adjustments, security and plugin updates, browser compatibility support and priority technical support — for 30 days, 6 months or 12 months depending on the package.

WordPress, Webflow or bespoke — which should I pick?

Our packages are WordPress-based — the most flexible, budget-friendly ecosystem for most small businesses, and the easiest for your team to edit afterwards. If your team needs a design that survives heavy editing, or you need performance beyond what a builder can promise, we'll recommend Webflow or a bespoke build and quote it honestly.

Who owns the site when it's done?

You do. Domain, hosting account, Figma files, WordPress install and every asset are handed over on launch. We stay on as long as you want us, but nothing is held hostage.

How many revisions do we get?

Unlimited revisions until final approval on the website and eCommerce packages. In practice, our weekly rhythm means feedback lands early, when it's cheap.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance?

Yes — every package includes free maintenance for 30 days, 6 months or 12 months depending on the tier. After that, care plans continue from $79/month: updates, backups, monitoring, security and priority support. Most clients keep a plan running; some only call us when something breaks (it works, but we wouldn't recommend it).

How do payments work?

50% to book the slot, 50% at launch. Fixed scope, fixed price — no change orders, no surprise invoices. Larger builds can be split into milestones.

What if I'm not happy with the design?

Accepted Answer

We agree on direction before pixels exist. If something's wrong in review, we fix it within the revision rounds — unlimited until final approval. If we can't get it right, we'll say so before we take more of your money.

Question 10

Can you fix our existing site instead of rebuilding?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes that's the right call, and we'll tell you. We start every project with an audit — if the fix is cheaper than the rebuild, you'll hear it from us first.
