How it works

Five phases, no mystery

A fixed rhythm from first call to launch day — you always know what's happening, who's doing it, and what's next. This is the exact schedule, not a marketing version.

01

Week 1

Discover

We audit what exists, interview the people who matter and write the brief with you. By the end of week one there is one page of paper that decides everything else.

Who's involved: You + strategy lead

In this phase you receive

Deep-dive workshop & interviews

Audit of current site and analytics

One-page strategy brief

Sitemap & content plan

02

Weeks 2–3

Design

Direction first, then system. You see real screens in week two, reviewed one pass at a time — the design is locked before build starts, not discovered during it.

Who's involved: You + design lead

In this phase you receive

Art direction (3-day turnaround)

Wireframes & user flows

High-fidelity screens in Figma

Component library + design tokens

03

Weeks 3–4

Build

Component-driven development with motion baked in from the first commit. Weekly staging demos mean you watch the real site grow, never a deck.

The honest answers

What happens when…

We change our mind mid-project?

Changes are scoped the moment they're raised, priced honestly, and scheduled — never silently absorbed. Small changes usually ride along free.

We're late with content?

We build a content plan on day one and chase it daily, because late copy is the #1 cause of late launches. If it happens anyway, the timeline moves with your approval — never silently.

We're not happy with a design?

Unlimited revisions until final approval, reviewed one pass at a time. We agree on direction before pixels exist, so revisions are adjustments — not rebuilds.

The project goes over budget?

It doesn't. Fixed scope, fixed price, agreed in writing before we start. The only additions are ones you approve.

We need it faster?

We hold priority slots every week. If the calendar fits, we can shave days off most packages — it costs more and we'll tell you the trade-offs.

Something breaks after launch?

Every project includes a monitored launch week. After that, care plans cover updates, backups and monitoring from $79/month.

The guarantee

If the process isn't this honest, hold us to it
